How To Grow Younger

Nanny Gill found it in the toilet bowl.

At first, she thought it was a dead black crow.

Suddenly it shivered.

Nanny shuddered.

“Jane I feel quite guilty about the next bit, rather than rescuing it straight away, I ran to get my rubber gloves!”

Turned out it was a young pigeon, slightly older than a squab.

Should Nanny pop it back in her courtyard garden - what about next door’s cat?

Carefully, she wrapped it in a tea towel, and sat down on her sofa, gently patting it dry whilst Googling what to do.

Cradling the becalmed pigeon in her makeshift nest, Nanny boarded the train at Streatham Common and travelled to Lyn and Maggies’ “Pigeon Recovery” in Sutton.

She was met by a wonderful volunteer who came out to meet Nanny and lovingly took the pigeon off her hands.

Relieved and grateful for the center’s expertise, Nanny bid farewell.

Readers of this Friday’s “Random Dialogues” update, might be feeling as curious as me about what happened to the pigeon who went plop.

I’ll find out and update you next Friday.

By the way, I’m staying with Nanny (my husband’s mum) for a few nights.

As you'll see below, Yvette has crafted a lengthier article this week.

I’ve been repurposing content from her old website to re-energise her wonderful teachings and wisdom. She sent over random links, and somehow we’ve managed to make sense of it all 🤣

Fortunately, Yvette has found her rhythm and told me how much she enjoys the weekly focus of writing here.

It's a real pleasure to witness her growth and enthusiasm for this creative journey.

The next step is teaching Yvette about setting up a blogging or newsletter site, to see if it’s something she’d like to give a go (she usually warms up to these ideas, ha).

Maybe you have something you’d like to contribute, ad hoc or regularly, if so let’s have a chat » CLICK

Making Difficult Choices by Ian Moncrieff MacMillan | Seeing The Way 👀

Someone I know well wanted help with a big life/career decision.

We went through all the pros and cons for each of the options...and who they'd have to be to get in, survive, thrive, etc...

How hard would it be for them?

Where would they learn/grow the most?

What could give them more options?

Was this what they wanted?

Was this really them?

I noticed going through all this (with all the flipping back and forth) was helpful - not to make a rational decision, but to uncover what they actually wanted/didn't want, feared, hoped for, and could give them a good story to tell.

In short, knowing what instinctively felt right to them.

Which has opened up new possibilities and focussed their search.

How To Grow Younger by Yvette Masure | Health is Wealth 🌱

Frequency Medicine can reduce chronic inflammation, consequently, it has an effect on age reduction. Pleasingly no doubt, it also helps Sexual Revitalisation.

In this “How To Grow Younger” Series I will explain how Frequency Medicine works.

With some fresh air: waking in natural and less polluted areas, and additional physical activity such as yoga, the gym, swimming, martial arts and just plain walking, the impact is even greater.

To go full circle: by avoiding refined foods, sugars, and chemical additives, and a fresh wide range of organic produce: you will see remarkable changes in not only your physical state of being, but your emotional and mental equilibrium too.

Especially if coupled with sound medicine.

Sound healing and frequency medicine are the New Age and New Era medicine to bring us into Harmonic Balance with ourselves and the Natural Laws of Life and living.

Pure sound, ideally at 5-10 HTZ frequency for optimal stimulation, is now even known and scientifically reported to:

*improve overall physical health
*reduce pain and stress and energises and improves physical performance
*reduces inflammation
*uncover and rebalance emotions
*induce relaxation and sleep
*transforms and facilitates inner harmony
*increases mental clarity including focus and cognitive function.

Tuning forks as a Sound healing Therapy emit frequency and vibrations, like the music we play does. Additionally Tuning Fork Tapping, on acupuncture energy points of your body, instantaneously alters your body biochemistry and brings your Nervous System, muscles and organs into harmonic balance.

Listening via the inner ear liquids, the conductor of frequency to the inner skull via the cerebrospinal fluid: frequencies go through the nerve endings along the spine: entering the Nervous System.

This helps to enhance and increase our own healing energy inside us.

Various frequencies can be chosen and used with the Tuning Forks, to address the intention required to induce relaxation and sleep, and to enhance and increase the healing energies inside us, to restore a better harmonic balance.

The body then follows its own natural rhythm.
