Just to Clarify

Random Dialogues 19.4.24 6:08 am (ish)

My 17-year-old daughter and I drove over to have dinner with my mum and stepdad. She popped on the L plates, and I held my breath for most of the way. They told us how they’ve been tucking into a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil every morning, Mum swears it’s reduced her aching joints. She’s also bought another leg of lamb on offer in Sainsburys, “Jane it was only £13”. She now has 4 in her freezer, how we laughed.

Meanwhile, two other mates, Jason and Gin, have shared with me the benefits of cooking Ghee!

But what of World War Three? Early this morning, Paul’s phone bolted us awake, someone on the news desk was trying to get hold of someone else. Israel had retaliated with missile strikes on Iran.

In better news, this is exciting for Rosamund Community Garden in Guildford, where I volunteer (albeit digitally!)⬇️

"In this week's CountryFile show, Hamza Yassin and Sammi Kinghorn visit the blooming gardens of RHS Wisley in Surrey to celebrate one of nature’s heroes – the not-so-humble bee!

Plus Sammi visits a nearby community garden (that’s us!) with a bee-friendly ethos, learns how best to look after solitary bees, and meets a honeybee rescuer nursing a swarm back to health!"

Blooming marvellous!

Sunday BBC1 5pm.

How To Grow Younger, Medicine of the Future Series Part 24 by Yvette Masure | Health is Wealth 🌱

Forever Young

How do we separate Science from Snake oil?

In California, particularly, there are founders of Science and aging, even experimentation rejuvenation athletes, whose fitness is detailed in apportions of body organs and systems, and they are monitored for years …

Fitness, diet, sport, and treatments, with extreme regimes and devices.

So are we any the wiser?

Time-intention-and desire.

#wabisabi we keep life and living relatively simple.

How much exercise, and what?

Which foods and quantities?

Raw or cooked?

What can we generalise? Or should we?

Simple facts:

*Anything resulting in inflammation needs to be avoided.

*We are all UNiQUE human beings.

In my opinion choices in food & exercise should not be stressful.

Just regular, consistent, and mainly, individual.

Apparently, lifestyle is 93% responsible for your longevity and only 7% is genetic. So we cannot blame our ancestors!

*Fresh food daily with 14 hours with no calories, so to include some fasting. Ideally.

*Exercise: walking is a must, the best: and I choose Qi Gong. Ancient wisdom for overall fitness internally, all aspects of body and mind. Many exercise choices: see what fits you and your schedule.

*Good sleep! Very underestimated 🙏

*Less or no alcohol, ideally.

*Good social connection.

We all live on the same planet.

Five points to review, regularly 👌

On discussion, my friend asked ‘Orgazms are good for us?

‘Without doubt’ I replied ...‘ it’s all about the YIN and YANG of Iife’.

Next article, this is to be reviewed.

Next week. See you here. Thank you.
