⚡How to Grow Younger Series Part 10 by Yvette Masure | Health is Wealth 🌱
Last week I threw out some ’hooks’ to you, so to share thoughts on who we think we are, how we are, and what we now aspire towards, with 2024 upon us.
The main question is how to support “Brain-Heart Coherence”, to enable our own consciousness ‘shifts’, to be able to grow into our dreams of the future, in practical ways, that move us forward.
In my view, we need to learn more from nature, and her rhythms and ways.
From nature's natural ‘laws’.
All-natural medicine philosophy and practices stem from the natural laws found in nature.
The ebb and flow of the river, the shoreline, the fullness and blossoming of Summer and the hibernation and dormant period of Winter.
The four seasons if you are fortunate enough to live in temperate regions. How day follows night, creation and destruction even, and the YIN and YANG of life, and death, in all natural things.
In movement and transformation, in life and living.
The light the dark, the up the down, the fullness and emptiness: natural opposites in the changing states of all things.
Winter. Hibernation. Contemplation and Reflection. This Is the time for restoration in this cyclic process, of growing younger.
To be continued.
Breath. Live. Life.🍄💚🌱

Except he has lost his glasses.
🔚And Finally
This week I ran an “Eco Club” at my school. The children and I went for a walk and I taught them some names of trees, we hugged a few too. Which ones do you have growing where you are (trees not kids)? My favourite is oak.🌳
