While loitering in Jerusalem, Paul posted this pic.

Meanwhile, I visited his mum in Streatham and we tested out the Tate ⬇️

and we were very impressed 😊👌

Forgive me if I have said this before, but it’s so inspirational I have to say it as if it were the first time!

Our body temperature is actually creating sound. Sound is energy (frequency) that creates heat in the body.

The structured water in our cells then gives rise to electricity: in our whole body.

In low-frequency sound environments, more oxygen is made available.

The heart in low-frequency pulses of sound, creates and absorbs more oxygen from the bloodstream.

The difference in temperature does change responses; however the route of heat in the body is sound!

So all biochemical reactions in the body make you warm, creating electricity.

Sound is the route of heat and that heat creates electricity in our bodies.

Sound👉heat👉electricity🙏The cycle of life.

Nerve cells have piso-electrical sound pulses.

These reach our cell membranes and ‘cymatic frequencies ‘ are seen as patterns in the liquids, and are in every cell of our body.

What are the implications? The rejuvenation of our blood cells and respiratory rejuvenation, no less. The key, especially in clinical situations is sound healing, 12Htz or lower sound frequencies, that gives optimal stimulation for revitalisation.

Breath. Live. Life.💚🌱

🔚And Finally

This week, I chatted with Jo on her radio show 📻plus created this vlog 🎥 about Vinted (I got a 5* review for the smelly slippers).

🎣And a Bit More Finally

As part of “Black History Month,” there was a “Tate Ten-Minute Talk” in Room Ten. The focus was on the painting The Young Teacher 👩‍🏫 by *Rebecca Solomon, 1861.  The lady in the middle of the picture featured below was called Fanny Eaton. The speaker had delved into her history and uncovered several other artworks that she had sat for. He and I exchanged a random dialogue about this and homework for kids! I’ve invited him to join us at January’s virtual speaking event 📣

By the way, who is the teacher in the painting (you might need to zoom in to see her) let me know your thoughts?

Ten-Minute Talks at the Tate Britain, London

Until next Friday at 6:08 am (ish).

Thanks as always for your contributions.

Jane ❤️

*Rebecca Solomon (London 26 September 1832 – 20 November 1886 London) was a 19th-century English Pre-Raphaelite draftsman, illustrator, engraver, and painter of social injustices. She is the second of three children who all became artists, in a prominent Jewish family - Wikipedia

➡️This is also an interesting read about Fanny Eaton.

PS🤓”If you have time go find paintings by Richard Dadd...around the same time as the pre-raphs.  He was one crazy guy!! What is ironically quite funny is that he killed his father. Or more to the point Dadd killed his Dad (well that always made me laugh)” Jason
