It was 9:45 pm.

Now, it's 5:55 am, and we’re still awaiting the results for Guildford.

Since the election was called here in the UK, my mind has been completely absorbed with it. At every opportunity, I’ve been out and about on my bike, talking with people, delivering leaflets, and canvassing on doors. I knew very little about politics and how it all worked! It's been a wonderful and exhausting adventure.

It’s 6:00 am, and I’ve just checked the WhatsApp group for the fiftieth time.

Zoe’s won!

Mind Over Matter

So last week with a heatwave and summer upon us, we looked at how to free the mind. Our minds need to be flexible to adapt and to reset, rapidly, to changing circumstances, and to re-alining our focus: on a daily basis, at least. 

The brain has a cleansing system just as the body has the lymphatic system.

It is known as the Glymphatic system. It is named after the Glyco cells, specifically. Waste clearance in the general Nervous system ..

It is specifically active and effective after sleep and deep sleep. 

This POWER CLENSE for the 🧠 BRAIN is 💤 SLEEP.

Neuroscience has found deep root causes of mental health disorders and root sources. 

Brain scans are now able to see this.

A decline in deep sleep goes generally unnoticed. Midlife prevention could enable less decline leading to dementia, and even Alzheimer’s.

Also, a lack of sleep can lead to depression. There is no doubt about this. It is scientifically proven.

We know prevention is better than cure.

Enable your body to open the link to the cosmic Qi ( energy): cleanse your brain with deep sleep and enough sleep, to enable the body to become more interactive to your state of ‘lively‘ being: to experience life to the full, and to appreciate it as a living being.
