It was 2016, at a "LOVE What We Do" pop-up shopping event, when the first Random Dialogues "Stand UP & Speak For Yourself" event took place!

There was a side room at Hoebridge Golf Club in Woking for the speakers to have a go. We encouraged them to stand up and share something they felt passionate about, in front of a small and supportive audience.

The best moment was when one of the speakers, Pippa, threw down her script, stepped away from the mike, and just spoke freely from her heart.

Since then it's evolved from local pubs and clubs into a virtual global platform hosted on "Streamyard"
