How My Buoyancy Aid Helped Save a Life This Morning (probably)
"Can I borrow your float, please? I'm struggling to breathe!"
I quickly swam over, unclipped the tow float belt from my waist, and passed it to him. His breathing was labored, and his face had drained of colour.
"I'm not sure if I'm having a panic, asthma, or heart attack," he laughed nervously.
I decided it might help to just talk to him calmly and guide him back to shore. We were far enough out that swimming back would take some effort.
As we reached the shallows, he pointed to his warm coat on the beach and said he felt better and would be OK. I lingered in the water, watching to make sure.
Later, I drove past him as he walked with his wife and kids. I wound down my car window to check-in.
"I'm OK," he said, "still not feeling quite right, though. I've been Googling those tow floats."

āShamanic Ritual: A Celestial Portalā
Continuing from last week's exploration of how to manifest our deepest wishes, let's focus on the ongoing celestial influence of the 8/8 portalāthe Sirius Celestial Energy Portal.
Manifestation requires more than just wishing for something; it begins with a clear mind. "doing without doing" demands the purest state of mind-heart connectionāthe art of disconnecting, no less.
To begin:
- Let go of ancestral heritage.
- Be present in the here and nowāno past, no future.
- Connect the left and right sides of the brain through visualisation.
- Breathe.
- Embrace pure consciousness without division.
Next:
- Link your mind's eye to the wish or life you want to manifest.
- Visualise that perfect situation and life.
- Bring that identification into the present.
Let go of limiting beliefs. Believe in yourself. Trust the universe to take care of you. Know and reinforce the joy of creativity. Create your own reality.
To create "the perfect storm" you must acknowledge what you want to manifest - you have to ask for it.

For some strange reason, a rumor is going around that I might be Banksy.
I am not sure why or where it came from.
He makes millions out of his art, Iāve made a total of Ā£137.89 out of mine over the last few years. So maybe I wish I was Banksy. But Iām not.
šAnd Finally
It caught my eye the moment I stepped into the charity shop; it was the first book I saw and seemed very vibrant on the shelf. The shop assistant at the Guildford Space NK shop had recommended it as a perfect holiday read.
Initially, I had planned to visit the Plymouth shopping center to pick up the book from Waterstones or a similar store. But there it was, almost as if it had leapt off the shelf at me.
Now, all that's left is to find the focus to sit down and read it.
šAnd a Bit More Finally
I was amazed to find a testimonial to myself in this monthās selection of Jane Tysonās Random Dialogues. I met her and a friend, Yvette Masure recently and Yvette has been very complimentary about my help.
Iām not usually shy but I donāt often promote my work other than the 60-second slot at networking, so itās of huge impact when someone else does it for me.
Many thanks, Yvette, it was a real pleasure meeting you too and we will meet and chat further š
Until next Friday at 6:08 am (ish)
