Be Careful What You Wish For

Winchester wowed us on the latest leg of the "Fussy Bitches On Tour" journey!

Our Airbnb was basically in the thick of it all – super convenient.

We sipped quirky cocktails at Incognito, got our history fix at the Great Hall, explored the crumbling coolness of Wolvesey Castle, and hung out at the charming City Mill.

Winchester's food scene gave the FBOTs plenty to fuss about too - in a good way! Brekkie at Greens, a hearty pie at the Wykham Arms, and sipping history at The Royal Oak, supposedly the oldest pub in England.

Counting the days until our next round of Winchester wonders, fingers crossed FBOT 4 joins us soon!

How to Grow Younger Series Part 14 by Yvette Masure | Health is Wealth 🌱

My mentor Dr Van Buren a great man (sadly passed) in Chinese Acupuncture, Philosophy, astrology, planetary movements and well-being, to say the least, many, many, many years ago told me ’ The Dragon breathes fire and waggles its tail’

The Chinese New Year of the Dragon begins this February 10th  and is already showing its power and fire with that last powerful winter full moon in January 🌕

The Dragon is a mythical and magical creature: and the Dragon ‘horde‘ has true riches there’s a rich opportunity for treasures that you like best, at hand …! We can dedicate them to the well-being of all.

Fire, alchemy, and creativity are on the horizon, and fun too. Or should we prepare for drama and hysterics lest it believes you are its lunch?

A simple prayer will do. Be careful what you wish for not just for your gain.

Let’s shift the collective consciousness with heart-brain coherence with this opportunity for future generations to come.

More insights on that, and more, next week, if your interested in our Future Legacy.

The Artist Living in the Shadows | Jason 🎨

“The monochromatic tableau of the velodrome encapsulates an ineffable nostalgia, with the stark interplay of chiaroscuro accentuating the bike shed's timeworn charm. The patina on the weathered facade bespeaks a bygone era, as if frozen in a sepulchral reverie.” Maurice Flinklebottom

Do you know what’s odd? Take a teabag from a mug using a tablespoon, not a teaspoon. It’s bizarre. Try it.

Seeing The Way with Ian Moncrieff MacMillan 👀

Ian’s scrambled trying to work out his “Scribbler” and will share more soon!
