Walking For Health by Anne Lize Kidd

I fell in love with the outdoors at age 10 during a school walking trip to Modjadji's Rainforest.

As a young adult, I organized hiking trips to the Drakensberg with friends and planned walking holidays for loved ones.

Moving to Guildford, I wanted to explore the surrounding forests but felt scared to go alone.

This inspired me to start Guildford Walking for Health, offering free guided walks to everyone over 18.

The initiative has grown to include multiple walk groups and collaborations with local organizations, promoting the benefits of walking for health.
