ā”How To Grow Younger, Medicine of the Future Series Part 34 by Yvette Masure | Health is Wealth š±
Over the Moon
Woosh and wish ā¦ Solstice and full strawberry moon lead us into a full Summer heatwave.
āMad Englishmen in the midday sunā comes to mindā¦so stay cool and hydrated.
It's simple advice but more than relevant.
Only drinking water hydrates. Not beer, wine, coke, or champagne. Take note of the shocking stories of heat-related tragedies already, again.
Relaxation is the key now. Be present.
Allow yourself some time off āfull throttleā.
The balance of Winterās work now rests in our ability to ALLOW ourselves some reprieve. Surely.
Not necessarily at Glastonbury, tho glad they have good weather, it makes a change.
Or Wimbledon - will it predictably rain?
Nor in the daily general routines, do we follow avidly for our āsuccessā.
We all require changeā through some habits and cycles.
Now itās time: to reflect, review, reset, and rest.
Allow yourself to listen to some music.
Get some sound therapy.
Enjoy a bar-b-q with friends.
Swim. Run. Sit in the shade under a tree..and just ābeā. Free your mind.
Share the air and space with yourself. As we know, we now can be outside! Feel alive. Can you?
Itās Summer. Itās here.

ā”The Artist Living in the Shadows šØ
I just thought Iād be the first to tell you thatā¦
I wonāt be off to Glasto (or Glastonbury to us not-so-cool people) to go and watch some cool unsigned bands and then listen to a load of people bang drums all night because it will cleanse my dark soul.
I wonāt be going to Wimbledon, so there will be no photos of me eating overpriced strawberries in the pissing rain.
Nor will I be posting pictures of me on a beach while explaining that this will be my new office for the next two weeks
I know itās what you would expect from me but thatās life.
The picture below is a CAD render of a logo I was asked to make into silver as a presentation gift for the company.
šAnd Finally
The Rosamund Community Garden Bug Hotel, made by talented volunteer, Lisa, has been on many adventures lately - one of which was a visit to the school I teach in.
Using some leftover playdough from the gardenās stand at Guildford Green Day, the children happily created colourful bugs to live within the hotel! What would you create?
šAnd a Bit More Finally
Discussing important issues.....and how to shop the look for less.
